Banking on a modernized and revitalized agricultural industry, cash crops that include tobacco, rice, corn, cotton, coconut, peanuts, beans and vegetables, and even aquaculture (fisheries) and sericulture (silkworms) are being strengthened and developed as the leading industries. The commercial climate is also better and even encouraging because commercial establishments readily accommodate local labor that make for a sound local economy.

 on us and our future. They  should know better.
